We offer two carefully designed properties:
🏡 Studio Apartment "Cinema" – A modern and well-equipped studio, ideal for couples or small families (up to 3 people). Located in the city center, it offers easy access to the train and bus stations, making it a perfect base for discovering Osijek.
🏡 Apartment "Stadion" – A spacious apartment for up to 7 people, featuring 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and a private parking area for up to 3 cars. Situated in a quiet neighborhood near the Gradski Vrt sports complex, this apartment is a part of our family home, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Apartment Cinema is a charming 36 m² studio in the heart of the city, ideal for couples or a family of three. It features a comfortable twin bed and an extra bed for a child. The apartment is located in a residential building with an elevator and offers a bright, airy atmosphere with large windows and a nice view. It is fully equipped with all essential kitchen and bathroom amenities, a TV, and mosquito nets for added comfort. Enjoy year-round convenience with central heating and cooling, as well as hassle-free contactless check-in. Public parking is available nearby, making it easy to explore the city.
Apartment Stadium is located in a calm, residential neighborhood, offering both tranquility and convenience. It is part of a private house with a separate entrance, ensuring privacy for guests. The apartment is spacious, covering 80 m², and can accommodate up to 7 people, making it ideal for larger groups or families. Guests can enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a balcony. Additionally, there is private parking available for up to 3 cars, free of charge, providing ease of access.
The apartment is in close proximity to the iconic Gradski Vrt sports complex, renowned for its rich sports history. This historic venue, once home to the old city garden, has served as a training ground for legendary football players such as Davor Šuker, Ivan Lukačević, Goran Vlaović, Domagoj Vida, and Nenad Bjelica. The Gradski Vrt sports complex also includes a swimming pool, sports hall, and a variety of restaurants, making it a hub for both relaxation and recreation.

Apartment Cinema is exceptionally clean, incredibly beautiful, richly and carefully equipped, and close to all amenities. I felt welcomed and safe. Most likely, if the opportunity arises, I will return to the same apartment. Thank you from the heart.
Tastefully furnished and very clean apartment with everything a guest needs. Peaceful. The train station is 3 minutes from the apartment, and the city center is about 10 minutes away. Many cafes and pubs nearby.
Tidy, clean, functional, and has everything that is needed. Especially for someone on a business trip, it's more than enough. The apartment is also, in my opinion, perfectly sized and functional for a married couple with a child.
I absolutely cannot give our host enough accolades... he went a million miles above and beyond for us... we had a challenge with a personal situation... and he helped us TREMENDOUSLY! Thank you so so so much for your help and kindness.
His flat is absolutely LOVELY... honestly... I don't think the photos do it justice... the bed is very comfortable... Great water pressure and temp... Kitchen is wonderful with great stove /oven.
The view is INCREDIBLE... I would love to come back and stay during summer.
Honestly... if his place is open for your travel dates... STAY at it... I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Amazing and interesting apartment, the topic is really cool, and it is everywhere around the apartment in small details. The design of the kitchen and the bathroom are so thoughtful , and with a lot of details. The bed is very comfortable, heating was amazing, there is a chill area, there is a cooking area, and sleeping area :)
I loved the deatil with the curtains around the bed, really unique! Dragan’s detailed instructions were extremely helpful, his quick response made our stay a smooth sail! I would LOVE to stay here again, and would recommend this place to anyone, doesn’t matter if it’s a long or a short stay!
A wonderful apartment with all the necessary amenities (including a kitchen and bathroom), even if you want to stay for a longer period. Check-in went smoothly, as did communication with the host. WiFi worked well, and the place was very clean. I stayed just one night but would definitely recommend the apartment.
